The American Peace Party is being formed to give voters a principled, practical alternative—one that values dialogue over division, service over spectacle, and the common good over political fear.

We will move at the speed of responsible organization—not promises.
Form the organization
Adopt governing documents, establish compliance systems, recruit county organizers, and listen statewide.
Build Michigan chapters
Train volunteers, grow membership, refine the platform, and prepare a lawful ballot-access program.
Organize and evaluate
Pursue ballot access only when legal, staffing, and signature-readiness standards are met.
Become durable
Hold conventions, develop candidates, and build a lasting Michigan political home for peace.
Ballot-access requirements and election deadlines are governed by law. Dates and strategy remain subject to official guidance and legal review.

County chapters will be the heart of APP—welcoming neighbors, hosting civic conversations, developing local leaders, and ensuring the statewide party remains locally accountable.
